At Kitchen & Coffee, we believe that great coffee begins with exceptional beans and an uncompromising commitment to quality. That’s why we’ve partnered with Coffee Central Roasting Co., a Nottingham-based roastery known for ethically sourcing high-grade Arabica beans from around the world and roasting them with passion and precision.
Together, we developed a single signature blend that works beautifully across every style — from espresso to iced drinks, and with all milk options, dairy or plant-based. Getting it right wasn’t easy. We spent three full days tasting and refining to find the perfect balance. The result? A smooth, layered cup with notes of citrus acidity, red fruit, and cherry — roasted in small batches for maximum freshness and flavour. It’s the same blend we’ve proudly served since opening our Grantham café back in 2018.
Our Signature Blend
Our house blend is a harmonious mix of two outstanding speciality Arabica lots: one from Brazil and one from Colombia.
Brazil – Ipanema Estates
One of the largest and most respected specialty coffee producers in the world, Ipanema combines scale with sustainability and cutting-edge innovation. Spanning over 5,500 hectares, the estate produces high-quality, naturally processed beans that bring body, sweetness, and balance to our blend.
Colombia – Finca La Albania A small, family-owned farm run by Israel and his team of 10–15 seasonal workers, Finca La Albania brings the opposite scale and a deep personal connection. Located in Colombia’s coffee heartland, this farm produces beautifully washed Arabica using traditional methods, adding brightness and clarity to our blend. Israel also works with RACAFE, one of the country’s leading coffee exporters, ensuring high standards and traceability.
Together, these two origins create a cup that’s rich, vibrant, and well-rounded — whether served straight or with milk.
Our People
Every cup of our coffee is prepared by highly trained baristas who understand the craft behind the beans. We invest in consistent training, quality checks, and a shared sense of pride in our product. It’s not just about pulling shots — it’s about delivering a perfect experience, every time.
